This Sweepstakes is designed to be straightforward and fair.
No tricks. No hidden rules. No fine-print surprises.

Below is exactly how it works from start to finish.

1. Get an Entry

You may obtain entries by purchasing the Homestead Rising Guidebook (Overview Edition) through www.HomesteadRisingGuidebook.com.

• The Homestead Rising Guidebook is a standalone digital educational resource designed to provide practical, real-world information and retains full value independent of the Sweepstakes.

• It is not a raffle ticket

• Each completed Guidebook purchase includes one (1) Sweepstakes entry

Purchase limits apply:

• Maximum two (2) paid entries per person per calendar day

• Maximum ten (10) total entries per person for the entire Sweepstakes, regardless of entry method

All sales are final due to the digital nature of the product, except where required by law or as otherwise stated in the Official Rules.

The Guidebook is delivered immediately upon purchase and is provided regardless of whether the Sweepstakes reaches the minimum entry threshold or is conducted.

2. Entries Are Added to the Official Drawing Pool

Each valid entry is recorded in the official Sweepstakes entry database under the entrant’s name.

There are:

• No bonus entries

• No subscriptions

• No multipliers

• No gimmicks

Just clean, fair entries — capped at thirty thousand (30,000) total entries.

Once the entry cap is reached, all entry methods close immediately.

3. Entry Progress Determines the Prize Tier

As entries accumulate, the Sweepstakes advances toward higher prize tiers.

Only one prize tier will be awarded, based solely on the final number of valid entries recorded at the moment the Sweepstakes closes.

Prize Tier Overview

• Tier 1: 2,000 – 9,999 total entries
  Grand Prize: $50,000 cash

• Tier 2: 10,000 – 19,999 total entries
  Grand Prize: $250,000 cash

• Tier 3: 20,000 – 29,999 total entries
  Grand Prize: $500,000 cash

• Tier 4: Exactly 30,000 total entries
  Grand Prize: Choice of a $500,000 home purchase package or $500,000 cash

If fewer than 2,000 valid entries are recorded at closure, the Sweepstakes is canceled and no prizes are awarded.

4. Sweepstakes Closure

The Sweepstakes closes at the earlier of:

• The scheduled end date listed in the Official Rules
  or

• The exact moment the 30,000th valid entry is recorded

Once closed:

• No additional entries are accepted

• The final entry count is locked

• The applicable prize tier is determined

5. The Drawing

One random drawing is conducted using all valid entries received.

The drawing produces a ranked list of twenty-five (25) potential winners:

• 1st drawn: Potential Grand Prize Winner

• 2nd through 25th drawn: Potential additional prize winners

Prize assignments follow this ranked order using a cascade system.

No prizes are awarded until all potential winners are contacted and verified.

The Sponsor does not alter, re-order, or manipulate entries in any way.

6. Winner Notification & Verification

Potential winners are contacted using the information provided at entry, including:

• Email

• Phone

• U.S. Mail

Each potential winner must:

• Respond within seven (7) days

• Complete all required verification and tax documentation

If a potential winner fails verification or does not respond, the next person in the ranked order moves up.

Failure to respond within the stated timeframe may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate potential winner.

7. Grand Prize Fulfillment (Tier 4 Only)

If the Sweepstakes closes at exactly 30,000 entries, the Grand Prize winner chooses one of the following options:

Option A — $500,000 Home Purchase Package

• Up to $500,000 toward the purchase of an existing U.S. home

• All standard closing costs paid

• Applicable federal and state income taxes paid by Sponsor

• Funds paid directly to licensed third parties (title, escrow, closing agents)

Home purchase requirements include:

• Existing residential homes only

• $500,000 maximum purchase price

• No construction, land-only purchases, renovations, or investment properties

• Strict selection and closing timelines

Total maximum ARV for this option: up to $1,046,000

Option B — $500,000 Cash Alternative

• Winner receives $500,000 cash

• Taxes are not paid by Sponsor for this option

8. Additional Cash Prizes (All Tiers)

In addition to the Grand Prize, twenty-four (24) additional cash prizes are awarded based on the final prize tier reached.

Cash prize amounts vary by tier and are paid only after all winners are fully verified.

Everything is disclosed up front and governed by the Official Rules.
