NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF MONEY IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF MONEY WILL NOT IMPROVE THE CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

The Homestead Rising LLC Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is intended for legal residents of the United States of America (“USA”) and shall only be construed and evaluated according to applicable USA law. Do not enter this Sweepstakes if you do not reside in the USA or are otherwise ineligible to enter in accordance with these Official Rules.

1. SPONSOR / ADMINISTRATOR

The Sweepstakes is sponsored and administered by Homestead Rising, LLC, 1001 S. Main Street, Suite 600, Kalispell, MT 59901 (the “Sponsor”).

2. ELIGIBILITY

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, excluding residents of California, New York, Florida, and Rhode Island, and all U.S. territories and possessions (including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands). Entrants must be at least eighteen (18) years old and the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies, and the immediate family or household members (spouse, parent, sibling, child, step-family member, or any person residing at the same address for three (3) months or more) are not eligible to enter. Non-eligibility or non-compliance with these Official Rules will result in disqualification.

3. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES

By participating, Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Entrants agree to comply with all eligibility verification procedures, including providing valid identification and completing required tax documentation. Participation by any method of entry constitutes acceptance of these Official Rules. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

4. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Mountain Time (“MT”) on December 13, 2025, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. MT on June 30, 2026, or when Sponsor records the receipt of a total of thirty thousand (30,000) valid entries (Paid and AMOE combined), whichever occurs first.

If the entry cap is reached before the scheduled end date, both Paid Entry and AMOE entry periods will close immediately at that exact time.

Sponsor’s database is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for postal delays, delivery failures, or technical issues.

Sponsor may modify the Sweepstakes Period only if required by applicable law or regulatory authority.

5. HOW TO ENTER

There are two (2) methods of entry, which are treated equally. Purchase does not increase the odds of winning beyond the number of entries permitted under these Official Rules.

Mail-in entries and Paid Entries are subject to the same entry limits and are treated equally in the Drawing.

Entry Limits

A maximum of ten (10) total entries per person is permitted for the entire Sweepstakes Period, regardless of entry method. Entries exceeding stated limits are void.

IMPORTANT PRODUCT / SWEEPSTAKES CLARIFICATION

The Homestead Rising Guidebook (Overview Edition) is a standalone digital product sold independently of the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is a promotional offering associated with the Guidebook purchase; however, the Guidebook retains value regardless of whether the Sweepstakes is conducted. Only the Homestead Rising Guidebook (Overview Edition) purchase includes a complimentary entry. Other digital products or chapters sold by Sponsor do not include entries and do not affect odds.

a. Paid Entry (Guide Purchase)

Eligible Entrants may receive one (1) entry by purchasing the Homestead Rising Guidebook (Overview Edition) through www.homesteadrising.com for $50.00 USD.

• Maximum two (2) Paid Entries per person per calendar day
• Maximum ten (10) total entries per person for the entire Sweepstakes

Paid Entries must be completed before the earlier of:
(i) 11:59:59 p.m. MT on June 30, 2026; or
(ii) the exact time the thirty thousandth (30,000th) valid entry is recorded.

Attempts to exceed entry limits using multiple identities, email addresses, accounts, or other methods will void all associated entries.

Sponsor may void entries associated with suspected fraud, chargebacks, reversed payments, or unauthorized transactions.

b. Mail-In Entry (AMOE)

To enter without purchase, hand-print the following on a 3.5" x 5" postcard:

• Full name
• Complete mailing address
• Valid email address
• Phone number
• Date of birth

Handwrite the word Homestead in the lower-left corner. Place the postcard in a handwritten, stamped outer envelope and mail to:

• One (1) postcard per envelope
• All writing must be handwritten
• No photocopies, labels, or mechanical reproduction

Mail-in entries must be physically received before Sweepstakes closure. Entries received after closure are void, regardless of postmark.

6. ENTRY LIMITS AND CAP

A total of thirty thousand (30,000) valid entries will be accepted. Once the entry cap is reached, the Sweepstakes closes immediately and no further entries will be accepted.

Any entry submitted, processed, mailed, or received after the Sweepstakes closes (including after the entry cap is reached) is void.

Entries are deemed received only when recorded in Sponsor’s official system (Paid Entries) or physically received and logged (AMOE entries).

7. NO REFUNDS / DIGITAL PRODUCT POLICY; MINIMUM ENTRIES

No Refunds. Due to the digital nature of the Guide, all sales are final.

For purposes of these Official Rules, "delivered" means the digital download link has been made available via the checkout confirmation page and/or associated email. Failure to access, download, or review the product after delivery does not entitle the purchaser to a refund.

Minimum Entries Required. The Sweepstakes will proceed only if at least two thousand (2,000) valid entries are recorded at closure.

If fewer than two thousand (2,000) valid entries are recorded, the Sweepstakes will be canceled and no prizes awarded.

The Sweepstakes is not a lottery and is void where prohibited by law.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes due to fraud, technical failure, or other causes beyond Sponsor’s control. Sponsor may disqualify any individual acting in violation of these Official Rules.

If cancellation occurs after the minimum entry threshold is met, the Drawing will be conducted using all valid entries recorded up to cancellation.

9. DRAWING AND NOTIFICATION

The Drawing will be conducted promptly after Sweepstakes closure, provided the minimum entry threshold is met.

Sponsor reserves the right to delay the Drawing for a reasonable period to resolve eligibility verification, technical issues, or compliance requirements.

Twenty-five (25) potential winners will be selected in ranked order using a cascade system.

Winners will be notified via email, phone, and/or mail and must respond within seven (7) days. Failure to respond or verify will result in disqualification and advancement of alternates.

10. PRIZES (ARV)

One (1) prize tier will be awarded based solely on the total number of valid entries recorded at closure.

• Tier 4: 30,000 entries
• Tier 3: 20,000–29,999 entries
• Tier 2: 10,000–19,999 entries
• Tier 1: 2,000–9,999 entries

A total of twenty-five (25) prizes will be awarded.

The exact prize tier depends on the total number of valid entries recorded at the time the Sweepstakes closes, as outlined in the Official Rules.

Only one complete prize tier will be awarded.

Tier 4 – Exactly 30,000 Total Entries

Grand Prize (1 Winner)

The Grand Prize winner may choose one of the following options:

Option A – Home Purchase Package (ARV up to $1,046,000)

  • Up to $500,000 toward the purchase of an existing single-family home in the United States

  • All standard closing costs paid by Homestead Rising LLC

  • All applicable federal and state income taxes paid directly by Homestead Rising LLC

  • Taxes are not delivered to the winner

  • Total Sponsor obligation will not exceed $1,046,000

Option B – Cash Alternative

  • $500,000 cash

  • Taxes are the responsibility of the winner

Additional Prizes (24 Winners)

  • 2nd Prize: $50,000

  • 3rd Prize: $25,000

  • 4th–5th Prizes: $10,000 each

  • 6th–25th Prizes: $1,000 each

Total Tier 4 Additional Prize Value: $115,000

Tier 3 – 20,000 to 29,999 Total Entries

Grand Prize (1 Winner)

  • $500,000 cash

  • Taxes are the responsibility of the winner

  • No home purchase option is available at this tier

Additional Prizes (24 Winners)

  • 2nd Prize: $50,000

  • 3rd Prize: $25,000

  • 4th–5th Prizes: $10,000 each

  • 6th–25th Prizes: $1,000 each

Tier 2 – 10,000 to 19,999 Total Entries

Grand Prize (1 Winner)

  • $250,000 cash

  • Taxes are the responsibility of the winner

Additional Prizes (24 Winners)

  • 2nd Prize: $25,000

  • 3rd Prize: $12,500

  • 4th–5th Prizes: $5,000 each

  • 6th–25th Prizes: $500 each

Tier 1 – 2,000 to 9,999 Total Entries

Grand Prize (1 Winner)

  • $50,000 cash

  • Taxes are the responsibility of the winner

Additional Prizes (24 Winners)

  • 2nd Prize: $5,000

  • 3rd Prize: $2,500

  • 4th–5th Prizes: $1,000 each

  • 6th–25th Prizes: $100 each

If fewer than 2,000 total valid entries are recorded at the time the Sweepstakes closes, the Sweepstakes will be canceled and no prizes will be awarded.

Important Notes

  • All prizes are awarded according to the Official Rules

  • Prize tiers are determined only by the total number of valid entries recorded at closure

  • Prize amounts are fixed and pre-disclosed

  • Prizes are not calculated as a percentage of funds received

  • Odds of winning depend on the total number of valid entries received

(Prize amounts and structure remain exactly as previously defined.)

11. PRIZE FULFILLMENT (TIER 4 HOME OPTION)

(Full home-purchase terms unchanged; Sponsor pays taxes only for Tier 4 Option A; all disbursements made directly to third parties.)

12. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Entrants release Sponsor and all affiliated parties from any liability arising from participation or prize use. Liability is limited to the amount paid, if any. No class actions permitted.

13. ARBITRATION; GOVERNING LAW

All disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in Flathead County, Montana. Montana law governs.

SEVERABILITY / MISCELLANEOUS

These Official Rules constitute the entire agreement. Invalid provisions shall be severed without affecting enforceability of remaining provisions.
